By adding Vozen to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot. Vozen is an open-source project and is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

What Vozen does

Vozen reads chat messages aloud in voice channels, offers minigames, voice effects, and related features. It is provided free of charge for its core features, with an optional paid Premium tier for extras.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use Discord and therefore Vozen. Vozen is not directed at children under that age.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Vozen to harass, threaten, spam, or abuse others, or to broadcast illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or its infrastructure.
• Server admins are responsible for how Vozen is configured and used within their server.
• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• To report a problem, abuse, or a policy violation involving Vozen, contact us on the support server. We review reports and take appropriate action.

Voice cloning

The voice-clone feature may be used to record your own voice, or another person's voice only with their explicit consent given through the on-screen Allow button at the time of recording. Do not use it to impersonate anyone, to record a voice without that person's consent, or to record a voice you do not have the right to use. You are solely responsible for any voice sample you create. See the Privacy Policy for how clone data is stored and deleted.

Premium & payments

• Premium is optional. Core features remain free.
• Premium is purchased through Ko-fi and grants access for a set duration. After buying, you activate server Premium in Discord with /premium activate; Vozen Plus applies to your account automatically.
• Because Premium is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Questions about a purchase can be raised on the support server.
• Prices, tiers, and the features included in Premium may change over time.

Availability & changes

Vozen is provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and there may be downtime or interruptions. We may also suspend access for accounts or servers that violate these terms.

No warranty & limitation of liability

Vozen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot. The source code is released under the GNU AGPL-3.0 License.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Vozen evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
